Hi, yes it is true voipstunt does not give any support, we as reseller from them have also our probelms with their support, but i can not say that it does not work. They are cheap and this works good, some times have connection problems, you have to dial 2-3 times but it does work. Sure, there exist also other voip providers but they are little bit more expensive. We supply mostly bigger customers, to make them the work more easy, we do configure them the voip hardware and send it to them. All what the customer have to do, is to connect the hardware to internet and plug into the hardware an usual home phone and it works. Best Regards, www.gsm-traders.com

I bough VOIP wise credit 10 Euro, I just used 1.5 Euro,Now this is totally broken,it doesn't work. Always says."Other Part Ended the Call". I sent mail but didn't get any reply.They don't provide any phone number on their site, They are big cheater!! Is there any option to take action against them?

According to me betamax is just cheating. I have/had account with their services like voipcheap, lowratevoip,nonoh,poivy, justvoip, voipraider. all the accounts are are frozen with 5 to 21 euros in all these accounts. always i get the message "call ended due to unkown error". I always called from Germany to India. First it was not possible to add money using credit card..when i contacted them through e mail they wrote back saying that hereafter after they accept payments only through regular bank transfer and no credit card payments anymore..but now they don't bother to reply to any number of my e mails why i cant call and regarding frozen account. Never knew they were big cheaters. Is there no way to stop these guys.Its just not only for me many of friends are having same problems. For some it intially it works and when they top up payments the account is frozen. Please we have to get back our money and stop these guys cheating all. Sathish Hamburg, Germany

It freaking stinks...

The thing is voip stunt is that they charge you for the connection fee even if it cannot complete the destination number. Is that fare? It's not our falt that the voip can't reach the destination number! If you get thru, you get the money worth but if you can't you lose the money.

I lost my Computer and had to buy a new one, now I can't get your service anymore. All is set up to go just get me back on to VoipStunt. [email protected]

There is nothing u can do with these crooks, they have cheated a lot they are just INTERNET PIRATES just forget them and tell every one about them

i dont know how to fix error that say { other party ended the call for unknown error ? it is a biusy dialing always ?

My advice be carfully with those voip's that say free calls like VoipStunt and it's big group of lookalike family, they would work for some time and they would then be blocked by them it is just a matter of making as much money from customers unlike Skype who are a bit expensive then them by they give a full support to their customers including refunds, the support of these VoipStunt group is 0 and they dont even have an address what we know is they may be based in Germany or maybe UK God knows. My problem is I was tupid to have 7 difft accounts with VoipDiscount and have about Euro 70 in them and they all now can not connect for outside calls the can only call IP to IP the error I get is ( call ended"the other party ended the call due to an unknown error ') and this is with all my 7 accounts, the strage thing which made me know that they are real crooks and the problem is not from my side as many may think is that I have registered under a new name on my same Pc and it have me the 10min free test calls this means that they have blocked my account, if your account works and have not been cheated then that does not mean that they are good because others have been cheated like me, they keep on widing their co by opening new voip in diffrent names but they all belong to VoipStunt just to make as much money as they can, I would advice people who use Skype to stick to it because their service is excelent on the long run. I have been using voip stunt for some time now. I had no problem in buying creditas as teh payment was always succesfful. Since the last two weeks I hace had difficulty is sucessfully buying credits, with the same credit card as weel as after trying with others. The error message is 111. Further I have bought through moneybookers, thte amount is being charged to my card and credited into money bookers but the teh credit in voip stunt or viop wise is not topped up. Can you tell me what is the problem. Dont you think error should have a link indicating the problem so that the same can be fixed. Oscar

I bought credit on voipstunt, but the program will not connect the call. What a waste of money and time. Avoid voipstunt, there is no tech support, and it does not work!!
