cheating
1, free days are not unlimited, there is fair use policy that counts 300min/7 days. The reality is they count only 100min/7 days, then start to charge you. My friend told me this too.
2. No customer service at all. Once you think they cheat you, there is no place to say a word. They won;t reply to your inquiries.
3. Don't buy from reseller, they are 20% more expensive than buy directly from the company. But the problem is that it is always very hard for me to pay them directly. They are blocked in many ways by credit card companies.
4 Signal always has big delay. sometimes signal is bad, you can't hear clearly.
5.I won't use them anymore.

Viopstunt with Cisco
Hello guyz
I am a voipstunt user and I''''ve been using this application for many years. But I encounterd a serious problem when I''''ve changed my switch. I cannot log on to my voipstunt anymore when I changed my switch TREDNET to CISCO. But when i was in my friends place, I could log on. I did not do anythin to the settings. Its kinda weird that i couldnt log on at my place but I can at my friends place.
My Router is Belkin
My Modem is ADSL
My Switch is CISCO
My internet speed is 3.8 MBPS
Please advise guys. I really appreciate it.

Conmen
I paid 10€ by debit card when I signed up, and to be honest got more or less my money's worth, except that the call quality was very poor, but when I tried to buy more credit they said I couldn't use my Mastercard because I didn't have enough payment history! They also won't accept PayPal for the same reason. Instead they try to get you to use all sorts of payment methods which seem to be similar to PayPal, but without the credentials. I got the feeling I was about to be screwed, so have deleted the program. I think they're conmen. KEEP AWAY FROM IT!!!!

poor service
I have over 10 Euro in my accounts, yet it tells me I have insufficient credit to place a call that costs 00.15 per minute. When the other side rings, units are taken even when the call does not connect. My units are running without my calls going through!

VOIPZOOM credit do not arrive
Have used Voipzoom for years it's been good until now. No credit received for my payment, i bought 10 USD ten days ago, but still no credit. before it was simple, used paypal and paid voipzoom. now they have resellers for cheap-voip calls, you are sent to go round many sites, yr payment gets redirected by resellers (mine was Magellan Mambou) from my paypal account, but no way to know where your money is. it disappears!
i'm sorry a good voipzoom is not working, but do not feel to send them other 10 usds.

VoipStunt stinks so much you shoud not get closer than a 100 miles to it.
No connections, even if there is a connection, the other part can not hear you at all, false connections, dropped calls,
and, worst of all, no contacts, no support, period.
Total waist of money.

Voipstunt works with me
If you have a problem with connected to others, try:
- be sure your account specifies the correct country
- dial with international numbers like 0031... etc for Holland, or VoipStunt will use the filled in country, esp when u have problems
- use a ATA or router with Voip to call and be called w/o a computer

Can we call the police of the city where VoipStunt is. I still have more than 50 euro in my account, I sent them mail, fax and they never answer me. the only answer I receive is: "The other party ended the call due to an unknown error”.

Any users of Betamax VOIP programs, please take note, that these people are just bunch of crooks. They will sit on your money, but not allow you to use the service you have paid for by simply blocking it. You will see “The other party ended the call due to an unknown error” and describe it as “General Error Code 33”. You can bombard them with messages and mails. They will never answer. They are compete idiots as they will prevent paying customers from sending them more money by blocking there accounts. So you read the complaints of all users on the discussion forums being the same: “I have plenty of money in my account, but cannot use the service”. This apply to all the programs listed below. So please do not pay them any more money and tell your friends.

i have 16euros credit on voipstunt, when i try to make a call it says caller ended the call and i never get thru, i have tried it from other pcs and it still dont work. i feel bloody annoyed cos i paid my money and i want to make calls
