constant errors , no support
trial version only worked for 2 days, then told me my workspace folder was full even tho i had it set to delete files when finished,i have tryed changeing file destination to copy too, still same issue an no support, I would not reccomend buying this product its a rip off.

Had FULL version that "timed out"
I downloaded the trial and ended-up paying for it over a year ago. It was a easy to use, straightforward application that duped about 95% of what I threw at it. Until when, for no apparent reason, it started giving me a, "trial period expired" message and locking me out of the program. Same problem as William with with Customer Support. I'd be happy if I could just get any working version, as I use it to make back-ups for an elementary school in a impoverished district.

No Support.
I have been trying to get the latest version of this software which is available as a lifetime feature as long as you send in your ID or order info. The problem is I have been trying for a few weeks now and my emails have all been sent back stating the recipients mail box is full, therefor there is no support for this product and I do not recomend purchasing this software.
