Concur with Traxcat's assessment of E00070020 ...
I support that it is useful to backup (no pun intended) claims with statistics. I concur with Traxcat's claim with the same said issue and resolution. Check your physical memory. Example: Consider booting your system from the CDROM using Memtest86+ to see if you have a memory module/access issue (www.memtest.org).

E00070020 error
I had the same E00070020 error. Turned out to be ram related. One of three things that I haven't pinpointed yet. 1) A bad stick of ram 2) a bad ram socket on the mobo. 3) The ram wasn't in the socket properly.
I put a different stick of ram in a different socket and all is well. Bottom line is if you have this error the first thing to do is look at your ram.

50 / 50 on my systems
I was using TI v10. Works very fine in my asus a8n-sli-se. From backing up to asz, verification, and restoration, no problem encountered at all. 'Was really amused by this software for AWHILE..........
Tried the same version in my asus-a8n-sli deluxe, and what a horrible experience. almost the same setup, same drivers, same hd's, but different procs. Athlon x2 in my se and opteron in my deluxe. Tried everything to work, little tweak and tricks and everything, you name it, and still doest work. THE ERROR IS E00070020. Tried a research on this error but with no luck, i end up writing here though.

Rescue boot disk is ISO file. What is that and what to do with it?
V10 does not create bootable rescue disk and hnags on the attempt to do so.
Company support is canned response, and nonsensical.
Response says to download ISO file. Bootable rescue disk creation from program evidently does not work. Downloaded ISO file. It does not boot. What is it? What do I do with it? Available software on the net does not seem to understand it either.
No explanation of ISO file or what to do with it from Acronis.

don't buy this...
This product just doesn't work. Immediately after backing up the backup does not pass verification and shows as corrupt. Tech support is ludicrous - email is answered several days later, no phone support. Version 9.3854. THis problem appears al over the net for over a year - still not resolved.

Appears to work without a hitch, until you verify the integrity of the image
90% of the images fail verification, showing error E00070020. Links on the internet echo this problem since ver. 6 was introduced. The error is not listed on the manufactures website, strange since there is a long history of the problem without any resolutions that I could find. Also manually deleting the bad backup files that don’t verify is ridiculously complicated. I have tried tweaking my system to accommodate this software but no dice. Adj FSB, mem settings, ect. I tried to register the software immediately after I down loaded it, no luck, as the sites registration is very poor also. You can only put in your name, password and a email address – then you must wait for the company to send you more instructions on how to continue registering the product. When setting up your email address and name it turns out there is a minimum number of char in the fields to work properly, 6 is to few, 8 worked, no error is displayed – you just never get a response. I have tried to doe this several times over the last 4 weeks, about the error E00070020 and the registration problem; I have had no response from them, very sorry to have purchased this product.
