when using your product to list and convert lower to upper case of all my MP3 files I realised I did not need to run through the whole library, so I closed the window and clicked on the dance music folder only to find that it had been deleted and I had lost nearly 20gb's of tunes, this has only happened since downloading your trial package, If this is a fault of your software then I shall not be buying the full version as I cannot download all of this music again with out some considerable in convenience to my self. yours annoyed Dennis
