The support
I had a similar problem around christmas last year when I didn't get the software to work. It seems like they've kicked the old support out and hired some new guys, cause it's a lot quicker nowadays.

NO support
The program works ok. But there are NO support att all. Have wrote them several times. Were told that I will recive an answer within 72 hours. Have waited for at least 30 days now. They don′t either send you the downloadlinks to free poker -e-mail book that you are promised after playing 1000, 2500 and 5000 hands using the program. Very bad!
