Situation Corrected
After much ado, I finally got in touch with the company and got my software download. I am happy to report that the software, Teleport Pro from Tenmax, is up and running well.

Tenmax - Teleport Pro
Several days ago I went online at the Tenmax site and ordered a copy of Teleport Pro. I used my credit card for the transaction. I was informed that, because my email address was at hotmail, the transaction would be delayed 24 hours for security reasons. It has been over a week now, and despite a vigorous email exchange with Tenmax's tech support, I can not even get them to talk to me about the situation. They keep telling me they cannot get thruough via my phone. I have had this phone for over two years, and Tenmax keeps telling me that it is not working, and that the phone is registered to somebody of another name. I have never had such a run around from any company before. In my personal opinion, to which I am entitled under the terms of the United States Constitution's provision for Freedom of Speech, this company is a total waste of time.
