KYLIX SMS ACTIVEX CONTROL REVIEWS

Very bad support, The files download does not contain the full software.
I was not able to work on it, after struggling for 15 days after buying. The control did not work at all. I had to wait for email and was able to work only after receving attached files. The product does not work under windows98se. I have been emailing them for last 8 days and no reply has come till now. I am emailing them since then daily. The product also keeps on giving errors.
