Minimal Support
Needed an easy to use invoicing system with recurring invoicing, Invoice2go seemed to fit the bill. Purchased the software and began to use it successfully. Probel began when I moved the licence to a newer pc. Now it will not install so sent email to Invoice2go. Invoice2go did reply to my email but their reply was minimal "un-install and re-install." So far cannot get it to work....Problem is, I have 6 months of invoicing on the old PC and cant transfer the invoicing function to new pc! a big pain...always be careful when choosing Invoice2go, may not suit you long term due to lack of real support..

Not good
I have used invoice2go and found a number of faults. Version 2 somehow lost one of the two invoice status items (Fully paid does not appear and can't be added, it always has to be typed) and upgrading to version 3 did not remedy this. Another upgrade to version 4 produced the same result. The only reason I upgraded to V4 was because I saw it generated statements. Eh, it doesn't do that very well. Lots of old long paid invoices appeared in the statements. The support people said it was because of items in the Temp folder. I deleted them but now no statements appear whatsoever. I would not recommend Invoice2go to anyone.
