Harbinger is a time series forecaster and benchmarking application for Windows that uses neural network technology to model the behavior of any univariate time series. It can also be used to evaluate the computing performance of different PC hardware platforms and instruction set extensions. It is highly optimized to achieve maximum computing performance from modern PC hardware, and includes support for SSE and 3DNow! instruction set extensions.
