Very disappointed with this product
I have purchased DVDNextCopy Pro ($140.00) and find it to be absolutely useless. Every DVD I have tried to copy does not play even on the PC that burned it. I have tried ALL the troubleshooting steps suggested, with the same result. And I am VERY disappointed in the product. I would ask for a refund, but it will be a better lesson to me to remember that I paid for it. To make things worse, I was able to do everything DVDNextCopy says it would with a few FREE tools that are available out on the internet.

They Don't Seem to be in business
Had problems trying to order. But no one replies to emails and there are no phone numbers... makes one wonder of the validity of the company.

I used X copy till they ran them out of business.
Glad I bought this on a number of levels
Easy and better than the original
