Does not work!
I don't know if the blaze people sent out the wrong version or not (and can't find out since blaze audio doesn't have any tech support!!) but this program does not work!!

Terrible sound, tendency to crash, and no support available
Blaze Audio's voice cloak has the worst sound of any voice changer I've tried. It also has an annoying tendency to crash anytime the recording function is activated. Blaze Audio has also stopped offering any online support so if you get stuck with this one your on your own. You definitely want to steer away from this and any other Blaze product until they get thier act together!
